About the Contributor: Kurt Gray Kurt Gray

Kurt Gray was almost a geophysicist but a night trapped in the Canadian wilderness convinced him otherwise. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo, his PhD at Harvard University, and is now an assistant professor of psychology. He is the director of the Mind Perception and Morality Lab , which seeks to understand how people see the minds of other and how people make moral judgments.
